Refund Policy

At Proyecto Colibrí, we strive to provide engaging, high-quality Spanish language and cooking experiences. Because our classes are intimate, small-group settings with materials and ingredients prepared in advance, refunds are limited and subject to the following conditions.

 

By registering for a class, event, or experience, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Classes and Cooking & Conversation Sessions

Cancellation by Participant:

Cancellations made 7 or more days before a scheduled session may be eligible for a credit toward a future class.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the session are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No-shows will not be refunded or credited.

 

Cancellation by Proyecto Colibrí:

If a session is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor illness, safety concerns), participants will receive either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer registration to a future session

 

2. Language Immersion Retreats (Coming Soon)

Refunds and cancellation policies for retreats will be detailed separately when registration opens. Participants will be notified of all terms, including deposit requirements, travel-related conditions, and refund eligibility, prior to enrollment.

 

3. Conditions and Limitations

All refunds or credits are subject to verification of registration and payment.

Refunds will be issued in the original payment method whenever possible.

Credits applied toward future classes must be used within [insert timeframe, e.g., 12 months] of issuance, or they will expire.

Proyecto Colibrí reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time; changes will apply to future registrations.
