Language Immersion Retreats

Proyecto Colibrí is preparing to expand beyond the classroom and into the world. Our upcoming Language Immersion Retreats are currently in development and are not yet open for registration. These experiences are being thoughtfully designed to offer fully planned, small-group trips to Spanish-speaking countries where participants will immerse themselves in the language through real-life cultural engagement. These retreats will go far beyond traditional tourism. Each journey will include curated cultural experiences, daily opportunities for guided Spanish conversation, and meaningful interaction with local communities. Participants will practice the language in authentic settings — from markets and cafés to cultural workshops and shared meals — building confidence in a natural and supportive environment. As with our conversation circles, these retreats will maintain an intimate group size to preserve the personalized and community-centered atmosphere that defines Proyecto Colibrí.
